How It Works
Nom Trail doesn't use a traditional username/password account
system — your progress is tied to an anonymous player profile
specific to your device, optionally backed up with an email
address. Because of that, account/data deletion isn't yet an
automated in-app action; it's handled as a request
by email using the steps below. Once we receive
your request, we verify it manually and process it.
How to Request Deletion

Send an email to furkangokhann1@gmail.com with
"Account Deletion Request" as the subject.

In your email, include at least one of the
following so we can verify your identity:
- The display name shown on your profile
screen (e.g. the default
Player#12345 or a
name you chose), and/or
- The email address you linked via "Back
up your progress" (if you backed up your progress).

Once verified, your data is permanently deleted within a
reasonable time (typically within 30 days), and you'll receive
a confirmation email.
What Gets Deleted Once Approved?
- Your display name and chosen avatar,
- Your unlocked levels and all level scores,
- Your remaining lives, hints, and path-reveal counters,
- Your rewarded-ad-watch statistics,
- The email address linked to your account (if any) and its
verification records,
- All server-side records tied to your anonymous player
identity.
This action is irreversible. Once deletion is
complete, your progress, scores, and profile cannot be recovered.
Reopening the App afterward starts a brand-new profile from
scratch.
Important Notes
- Simply uninstalling the App from your device does not delete
your data from our servers — you must follow the request
process above for that.
- Aggregated/anonymous analytics data held by third-party
services like Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics, in their
own systems, may not be directly affected by this process;
that data does not personally identify you. See our
Privacy Policy for details.
- Requests sent without any identifying information (display
name or linked email) may not be able to be processed, since
we can't verify which profile to delete.
