These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and Nom Trail ("we", "us") that applies when you download, install, or use the Nom Trail mobile game (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
Nom Trail is a free, ad-supported puzzle game where you draw a single path across a grid to hit an exact target number. The App offers two separate character tracks (Leo and Buddy), 1000+ levels, hint and path-reveal helpers, a leaderboard, and an optional email-based way to back up your progress.
As of the effective date of these Terms, the App does not offer any real-money in-app purchases. If such a feature is added in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Nom Trail is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children. To use the App you must have reached the age of digital consent in your country (typically 13 or older), or be using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Nom Trail does not require a traditional username/password account. Your progress is tied to an anonymous player identity specific to your device. You may optionally add an email address to back up and later recover your progress on another device.
If you uninstall the App or switch devices without ever backing up your progress by email, we may not be able to recover it — we are not responsible for that loss. You are responsible for the security and accessibility of any email address you link to your account.

We reserve the right to remove a profile from the leaderboard, reset its progress or scores, or block its access to the App if we determine it has violated these rules.
The App shows rewarded and interstitial ads via Google AdMob, collects usage statistics via Google Firebase Analytics, and uses Google Play's In-App Review feature. Use of these services is also subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
All content in the App — including characters (Leo, Buddy, and the other avatars), artwork, animations, level designs, text, sound effects, and software code — belongs to Nom Trail or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part), temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice. Levels, leaderboard data, or other features may be updated or reset from time to time. We are not liable for any loss (including loss of progress or scores) resulting from such changes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or progress) arising from your use of the App. Because Nom Trail is a free app, our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount, if any, you paid for the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your unauthorized or unlawful use of the App.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Türkiye.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
